Japanese BBQ Bowls
Who else is actually a really good cook, but you are lazy?
Just me?
I loved cooking until I had kids and a husband to plan for on a daily basis. Now, I’m just so tired I don’t have the energy to scroll pinterest and CAREEE.
So, I threw together this nourishing bowl of asian cuisine and it’s a family favorite!
Here’s how to make it so you don’t lose your mind while your kids are running around like maniacs while you make supper!
Ingredients
-Grass fed ground beef (we buy a cow every year so we stay STACKED on ground beef. I love a recipe that I can throw it in! Super nourishing and so easy to cook!)
-Medium onion (or two depending on how many you are feeding)
-2-3 sweet peppers diced
-1 TSPground ginger
-1 TBSPgarlic powder
-2 TBSP avocado oil
-1 TBSPsalt
-rice of choice
-Japanese BBQ sauce — we use the original
Directions:
Cook your favorite rice! (i normally will cook mine during nap time or the night before so it’s ready to go at dinner!)
cook ground beef and season with garlic powder and salt.
season your peppers and onions with avocado oil, salt, garlic powder and ground ginger.
While beef is cooking throw your diced peppers and onions into airfryer. Let them cook about 10 min (air fryer will literally tell you what to do. I use the Ninja Foodie and I love it!)
When everything is cooked, throw it all in a bowl, drizzle Japanese bbq sauce over top and throw some green onion on for garnish.
So stinking easy!
Enjoy!
